Overview
GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an Endpoint Specialist to work in a hybrid capacity in the McKinney, TX area.
Position Overview:
As an Endpoint Specialist, you will be responsible for improving endpoint health, closing vulnerability gaps, and driving remediation efforts through successful completion while collaborating with cross-functional IT and security teams.
Responsibilities
  • Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation using CrowdStrike Falcon and established team guidance.
  • Review vulnerability findings, create and track remediation tickets, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide status updates through completion.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint patching failures, software deployment issues, compliance exceptions, and Windows operating system configuration problems.
  • Support software packaging and repackaging, enterprise application deployments, imaging, provisioning, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, remediation tasks, change records, and documentation.
  • Provide remote support using TeamViewer and other enterprise tools to diagnose and resolve endpoint issues.
  • Collaborate with Endpoint Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams to improve endpoint health, security posture, and compliance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Five or more years of desktop support, endpoint administration, or related IT experience.
  • Experience with endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation.
  • Strong Windows administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience using ServiceNow to manage incidents, changes, and remediation activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon.
  • Experience with software packaging and repackaging.
  • Experience supporting enterprise imaging, provisioning, and application deployments.
  • Experience providing remote support using TeamViewer or similar enterprise remote support tools.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Endpoint Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams.
