Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: 1800 Orleans St, Baltimore, MD 21287
Employment Type: Per Diem
Position Summary:
Join our team at Johns Hopkins Health System, where you'll make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Assess patients using objective evaluation techniques to determine occupational limitations and medical conditions.
  • Design and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring patients to their maximum level of function.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team members to optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving departmental and organizational systems for enhanced patient care.
  • Incorporate and operationalize the organization's goals and objectives in daily practice.

Key Competencies:
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of social, behavioral, biological, and physical sciences.
  • Proficiency in occupational therapy theories, evaluation/treatment techniques, and evidence-based practices.
  • Awareness of the current health care environment.

Skills:
  • Exceptional age-specific communication and interpersonal skills.
