Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a GCCS-J Specialist (COP Manager) to work in our Tampa, FL office . The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level staff officer at a Combatant Command or Service staff with a demonstrable history of employing secure, interoperable, and timely Joint Command and Control (C2) capability for decision superiority to the National Command Authority (NCA), Combatant Commanders, and Joint Task Force (JTF) Commanders. Responsibilities: This position provides 24/7/365 support (monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting) to GCCS-J operations at HQ USCENTCOM. Support/Travel to approved sites supporting Overseas Contingency Operations in the USCENTCOM AOR as required. Provide GCCS-J training to replacement forces prior to deployment. Provide mobile training and technical support to US and Coalition elements as authorized/directed. Candidate must have the ability to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is required to have high-level public speaking abilities. Required Skills * Must be a US Citizen * Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; be able to securely handle / safeguard classified information * 3-5 years relevant work experience * Working knowledge of Joint operations and Joint C2 systems, GCCS-J, Agile Client, and Common Operational Picture (COP) / Common Tactical Picture (CTP) Management. * Working knowledge of Collaboration Tools (SharePoint), telecommunications tools (STEs/VoIP/VTC), Tactical Data Links (Link-16, Link-11, etc.), cross domain solutions/information sharing solutions (ex., RM, CPN, and TNE) * Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items * Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products; excellent writing / briefing skills * Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations (USCENTCOM AOR); no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract * Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment * Ability to work 12-hour, day or night shifts (depending on rotation) Desired Skills * Previous experience in training / mobile training teams ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
