Position Overview

The Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator supports daily office functions while assisting with marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative work with creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document organization
  • Support internal teams with coordination, reporting, and general assistance
  • Assist with vendor communication, office supplies, and basic administrative support

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and branded content
  • Support social media posts, product launches, and email communications
