Administrative Note

  • Scope of Work: Perform other duties as assigned by Managers or Directors to support the evolving needs of the individuals and the agency.
  • Operational Flexibility: The expectation to work additional hours beyond your primary schedule, availability between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, to meet the needs of our clients, address emergencies, or ensure operational excellence.

  3. Round 3 - The Shadow:Youll join us for a job shadow. Youll see the high bar we set, and well see if you can clear it.
  4. The Launch:Our 1-60 day training is aggressive. Its designed to weave you into our culture so that by day 61, you live and breathe Avant values.
