Job description

ABOUT NOGIGIDDY

NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers, side hustlers, and anyone building an income outside the traditional 9-to-5. We connect our community with real earning opportunities — remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools — all in one place, free to access, no gatekeeping. We built what we wish had existed, and we hire people who actually get it.

THE ROLE

TikTok is where our audience lives — and we need someone who speaks the language fluently. As NoGigiddy's TikTok Content Creator, you'll produce short-form video content that educates, entertains, and drives our community to take action on the best earning opportunities out there. If you know how to hook someone in the first two seconds, this is your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and post 3–5 TikTok videos per week on topics related to side hustles, gig work, and remote earning
  • Script, film, and edit videos independently — trend-aware and brand-aligned
  • Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to maximize reach
  • Engage with comments and build community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page
  • Collaborate with the social and content teams on campaign tie-ins
  • Track video performance metrics and iterate on what drives views and followers
  • Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
REQUIREMENTS
  • No degree required
  • Proven TikTok presence — personal or professional, we want to see what you've made
  • Comfortable on camera and skilled at scripting punchy, engaging hooks
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the algorithm
  • Consistent, reliable — content calendars don't run themselves
  • Bonus: experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career content
BENEFITS
  • Pay of $16–$25/hr
  • Part-time, flexible hours — batch your content creation
  • Fully remote
  • Creative freedom within brand guidelines
  • Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network

Equal Opportunity Employer. NoGigiddy celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
