Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool entrance and verify resident/guest credentials
  • Enforce facility rules and maintain safe environment
  • Conduct regular facility checks and report maintenance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to all pool users
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle various situations professionally
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification will give time to get this
