DAY SHIFT unarmed Guard - Ontario

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 0600-1430

Starting Pay: $19.00

Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide customer service to all guests and vendors trying to access the property

· Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.

· Provide Access control, checking if the visitor is allowed on said property, providing proper badges

· Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards

· Do inventory check of the trucks within the yard.

· Gate out all trucks that have left the facility and ensure that it is done within your shift.

· Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents. Security guards must be able to multi-task and problem solve, must possess excellent customer service and communicative skills.

· Security Guard is encouraged to be Computer literate; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize the Property Computer System training module.

· Security guards must conduct patrols to ensure the physical integrity of the community by maintaining a vigilant and proactive attitude.

· Security Guard must foster positive on-going relations with truck drivers, vendors, and visitors by constantly delivering exceptional customer service.
