Sanford, NC | HOA Community

The HOA is currently seeking qualified candidates for Gate Access Security Officer positions in Sanford, North Carolina.

Position Details
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
  • Shifts: All days and shifts available, including weekends, evenings, and overnight assignments
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required
  • Prior security experience required
  • Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to monitor and control community access points while maintaining a professional presence
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Essential Duties
  • Control and monitor access through community gates
  • Verify resident, guest, vendor, and contractor access
  • Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns
  • Follow all HOA policies, site procedures, and post orders
