We are searching for qualified Welder's Helpers to assist welder with positioning, aligning, and fitting together pipelines for natural gas distribution.


Main Responsibilities:

    • Hold and position pipe to assist in layout.
    • Place and move blocking, braces, and jigs to hold parts.
    • Hammer wedges and drift pins, and turn turnbuckles.
    • Pull pry bars to align parts.
    • Grind or chip rough edges, surplus weld, or scale.
    • Transport and furnish welder with materials, tools, and supplies.
    • Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Current DOT physical
  • At least one month related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or trade school certificate in related field.

  • Commercial drivers license (CDL).
