The Foreman assists in the direction of construction activities of union crew on assigned team and organizes and monitors the work of all crew personnel and subcontractors for timely job completion. 
 
This maintains regular documentation and ensures proper paper flow to project office, while continually reviewing progress reports and identifying and improving changes where practicable.  The Foreman also assists in ensuring compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established Project Management Methodology and upholds H&M safety and quality management protocols.
 

Responsibilities

The Foremen is responsible for compliance with H&M safety policies and procedures and assist in the investigation of incidents and claims as required. This position assists in the development of methodology, tools and approaches using fundamentals of H&M Project Management practices. The Foreman manages assigned crewmen and subcontractors and must be able to communicate with influence to team members.
Additionally, the Foreman ensures that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, will maintain personal accountability, and communicate assertively and constructively.


Qualifications
  • Understanding of construction and utility industry practices, processes, and standards
  • Advanced technical knowledge within assigned LOB or construction specialty
  • Exposure to industry relevant software
  • Broad problem-solving skills
Minimum Educational Background:
