Job description

We are looking for driven, career minded individuals looking to take charge of their own success. We can teach you the garage door trade, but we cannot teach you ambition and accountability. If you are tired of grinding away at some dead-end job or feel you will never achieve your goals in that 9-5 office role, we might be the right opportunity for you.
Position Overview
As a garage door technician, you will travel in a company work truck to the customer's home to diagnose their garage door issue, build and present a quote to repair or replace the door, and either repair the door during that visit or return later and replace the door. Technicians must manage the truck and its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Install or repair garage doors and openers and associated components
  • Travel in a company work truck to the customer's home to diagnose their garage door issue
  • Build and present a quote to repair or replace the door, and either repair the door during that visit or return later and replace the door
  • Manage the truck, its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications
  • Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Qualifications
  • Garage door experience not required - we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and engage in our coaching program
  • Preference is given to candidates with construction/trade experience or familiarity with hand tools
  • Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred and very important to maximize your income.
  • We welcome candidates who are natural team players and have an openness to receiving and giving feedback
