Century Garage Door Repair Service is looking is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to oversee local operations while also working in the field as a lead technician. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily service operations, ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, and keep our technicians performing at their best. Responsibilities:
  • Perform garage door inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations
  • Manage daily operations and technician performance
  • Supervise, train, coach, and support technicians
  • Perform garage door repairs, installations, maintenance, and service calls as needed
  • Upsell appropriate repairs, upgrades, accessories, and replacement products
  • Earn commission on eligible jobs personally sold and completed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Handle customer concerns and assist technicians with difficult service calls
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a field service environment
