All Star Garage Door, Inc., a leader in custom garage door installations and services, is seeking a dedicated Residential Garage Door Installer to join our team. This role involves the installation, repair, and replacement of residential garage doors and electric operators. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

All Star Garage Door Inc. is a growing business provider in the residential / commercial overhead door business. These products and services are in high demand for all private and public business sectors from fortune 500 companies to small emerging businesses. Our diverse list of products and services allows variety and different challenges every day at customers sites while providing them safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Install residential overhead garage doors and light-duty commercial roll-up doors along with electric operators, including sliding, swinging, and bifold exterior security gates.
Adhere to All Star Garage Door, Inc.'s installation schedules, procedures, and standards.
Follow best practices and training guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
Maintain adherence to company safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Manage time and resources effectively to complete work orders and other required documentation according to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Handle additional related projects and duties as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
2 years of proven experience in installing and repairing garage doors required.
Custom door experience preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of garage doors and operators.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
Seeking candidates that reside up to a 1 hour commute from either of our Fresno, CA or Santa Maria, CA locations.
