What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Entry-Level Garage Door Technician, you'll train and work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to:

  • Install and service residential and custom wood garage doors and openers
  • Install and service commercial garage doors and openers
  • Diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical issues
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and company vehicles safely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and represent the company professionally
Requirements:

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
  • 1 year of electrical or troubleshooting experience (preferred)
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with minimal to no infractions
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
