Position Overview:

Gamma Tree Experts is seeking Two PHC Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on applying tree and shrub treatments, including spraying and fertilization, to support plant health care programs. The ideal candidate has knowledge of tree species, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply sprays, fertilizers, and other treatments to trees and shrubs according to company standards
  • Identify common tree species and recognize basic plant health issues
  • Mix and handle chemicals safely and in compliance with all regulations
  • Operate spray equipment and maintain tools in proper working condition
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow all safety protocols and label instructions for chemical applications
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed
  • Assist with general plant health care and tree care support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of tree species (preferred)
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Experience with spraying, fertilization, or landscaping/tree care (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
  • Valid drivers license (preferred)
