The Marketing Communications Content Specialist I supports the execution of internal and external communication initiatives by producing clear, accurate and engaging content across FTI's established channels. Working under the guidance of Communication Strategy Managers and senior content team members, this role focuses on building strong foundational writing, editing and storytelling skills while consistently applying brand voice, tone and messaging standards. The Content Specialist I contributes to reliable, high-quality execution and grows capability through feedback, collaboration and hands-on experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing is required. Construction, manufacturing or energy industry experience is a plus.

Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.
Travel: 5-10%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
