Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service to guest to both internal and external.
- Ensure that the company's assets and integrity are protected at all times.
- Assist on-duty supervisors and managers of all departments as required.
- Verifies and approves all slot jackpots of $5,000 or more according to procedures and internal controls
- Approves the extension or limitation of credit to customers in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Plans and administers work schedules and assignments for slots and table games.
- Advises security and surveillance of problem players as appropriate.
- Resolves guest complaints as requested by any supervisor of any department.
- Approves comps according to company policy.

Qualifications
Experience Mississippi Gaming Work Permit (required)
B.A. or 3 to 5 years varied experience in the operational aspects of the gaming industry. (required)
