Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service to guest to both internal and external.
  • Ensure that the company's assets and integrity are protected at all times.
  • Assist on-duty supervisors and managers of all departments as required.
  • Verifies and approves all slot jackpots of $5,000 or more according to procedures and internal controls
  • Approves the extension or limitation of credit to customers in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Plans and administers work schedules and assignments for slots and table games.
  • Advises security and surveillance of problem players as appropriate.
  • Resolves guest complaints as requested by any supervisor of any department.
  • Approves comps according to company policy.

Compensation:

  • $55,000 annual salary

Qualifications
Experience Mississippi Gaming Work Permit (required)
