Must have successfully dealt at a credible gaming establishment, be certified through a credible dealing school or pass a training program through the Table Games department at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.Must pass an audition with representatives of the Tribal Gaming Commission and the Table Games department. Audition must be dealt using established policies and procedures of Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.Physical stuff to knowWe've included the typical physical parts of the job here. During your shift, you'll be on your feet and bending for extended periods of time, frequently walk, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
