Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Specialist Lead to join the Marketplace Operations Team! Multiple Positions are available.
In this role, you will be known as the subject matter expert on a specific area of the business (example: Men's/Women's/Kids Apparel or Footwear, Supply, or Freight) by observing and understanding business operations to provide continuous improvement for optimizing and improving order book health efficiency. You will be responsible for providing relevant and accurate data and highlighting risks and opportunities for our partners. You will connect with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with planning, transportation and account & channel contacts and internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, data visualization tools and phone/email communication.
What you will work on
If this is you, you'll be working with the MPO team monitoring critical performance metrics to improve service and drive business decisions. This role ensures quality, timely, and relevant information is in place to drive clarity and visibility within the supply chain for both internal and external partners. Deliver customer service excellence through quick response times via email/phone are a foundational principle to success in this role. As a Specialist Lead, you'll drive continuous process improvement, support operational partner projects and influence business decisions, while supporting our monthly shipment goal setting process.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Marketplace Operations Manager, while cross functionally working with our Marketplace Partners unit (Planning, Merchandising, Finance) and Seasonal Execution teams. As a team, we will provide support to one of North America's key strategic Marketplace Partners!
What you bring
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Works independently and is comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong time-management skills and critical thinking
• Experience with SAP and MS Office Suite
• Goal and results-oriented
• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferred
• Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred
