About the Role:
Tubi's Creative Studio is looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative across a diverse and high-visibility range of work - integrated consumer campaigns for high-profile large scale sporting events, on-air and broadcast promos, event and sales sizzles, product feature videos, and B2B ad sponsorship creative. This is a senior IC role for a strategic, collaborative creative leader - someone who can sell an idea as compellingly as they can oversee the execution of it. You'll help shape work that earns attention, sparks conversation, and reinforces Tubi as one of the most culturally relevant entertainment brands.
You'll report to the Sr. Creative Director and work closely with art directors, motion designers, designers, copywriters, editors, and cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Content, and Product.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles or New York office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angelesor New Yorkoffice three days/week.
What You'll Do:
  • Drives creative strategy, brief writing, and concepting across consumer campaigns, on-air/broadcast promos, event sizzles, product explainers, and B2B ad/sponsorship creative
  • Oversees static digital design across B2B and B2C creative - ensuring consistency, craft, and on-brand execution across all formats and placements
  • Presents unfinished ideas comfortably, facilitates creative discussions, and influences senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and creative rationale.
  • Shapes motion graphics and animation deliverables by providing clear creative direction and notes on pacing, visual style, and brand alignment
  • Directs B2B sponsorship creative from brief through delivery, ensuring work is strategically sound and on-brand
  • Partners with Producers and Creative Operations to manage timelines, prioritize workload, and maintain quality across a high volume of concurrent projects
  • Shows up as a genuine collaborator and team player - contributing to a creative culture built on trust, generosity, and shared ownership
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Content, Product, and other XFN teams to ensure creative is integrated, strategic, and effective
  • Drives AI adoption across creative workflows - identifying and implementing tools that elevate the team's speed, quality, and creative thinkingStay ahead of trends in brand, broadcast, digital advertising, social, and motion to continuously raise the creative bar

Your Background:
  • 7+ years of creative experience building culturally resonant work for consumer entertainment, streaming, media, gaming, or creator platforms, or at a leading creative agency recognized for breakthrough, earned-media campaigns
  • Proven experience leading creative that has been produced for broadcast or other mass-reach consumer channels
  • Exceptional creative strategist - able to translate business objectives into compelling creative territories and present them in a way that lands
  • A natural presenter and storyteller who can hold a room, build enthusiasm, and communicate the why behind every creative decision
  • Strong concepting and strategic thinking across both B2C and B2B creative contexts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and give sharp notes on design, animation, editorial, and copywriting
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize great creative, raise the quality of work through thoughtful feedback, and uphold a consistently high creative bar
  • A collaborative team player who elevates the people around them and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - comfortable presenting to executives and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; able to manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of standard Adobe Creative Suite programs and Figma, with the ability to communicate effectively with creatives using the appropriate creative terminology
  • A genuine AI champion - fluent in AI-powered creative tools and actively drives their use across the team; constantly exploring how AI can accelerate ideation, improve workflows, and push creative output further
  • Passion for brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and creative craft

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
