We're seeking an experienced esports & gaming coach to work with players and content creators looking to level up their competitive skills and personal brand. This role includes player development and esports coaching to sharpen in-game strategy and skill building, as well as guidance on streaming strategy, social media strategy, audience engagement, and tournament & event planning. Coaches also help clients navigate the business side of gaming careers, including brand partnerships, freelancing, and networking strategy, alongside broader career support like resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation. Ideal candidates have hands-on esports coaching or competitive playing experience, a strong grasp of the gaming industry and creator economy, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their game and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
