What we’re looking for:

We're seeking upbeat individuals with great vibes who are eager to learn and grow with us in a retail associate role.

What you’ll do:

  • Show up on time and be ready to provide outstanding customer service

  • Sell, upsell, and promote our products with enthusiasm

  • Become an expert on our products and share your passion with customers

  • Build relationships with regulars and help grow our vaping family!

  • Follow company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with your team

  • Maintain a tidy store, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs

  • Stay informed about industry trends and new products

  • Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked and organized

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Knowledge of vape products is a PLUS but not required (We’ll teach you everything if you’re willing to learn. Plus, there’s paid sales and customer service training!)

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay:

$15 / hour (plus tips!)

Full-Time only, 38+ hours per week

Store hours and schedule: (You will be scheduled 5 days per week between the following hours)

  • Weekdays: 11am–7pm

  • Sundays: 12pm–4pm
