Job Description

The Floor Supervisor Casino is responsible for overseeing all assigned table games and supervising team members to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, gaming integrity, security standards, and all applicable Company and regulatory policies and procedures.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain continuous presence and circulation throughout the assigned gaming area to monitor operations and ensure compliance
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all assigned table games, including rules, procedures, and payout calculations
  • Accurately calculate and verify all gaming payoffs and financial transactions
  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with gaming regulations, Company policies, and established procedures
  • Utilize gaming management systems to access player credit information and process credit issuance in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Cultivate and maintain superior customer relations by evaluating player activity and extending complimentary services strategically to enhance player retention and Company reputation
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and professional development support to assigned dealers and gaming staff
  • Conduct formal performance evaluations for designated team members on an annual basis
  • Inspect and monitor the integrity of gaming equipment, including cards and dice, and authorize new equipment for use only after thorough verification
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Shift Manager when appropriate
Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all table games, gaming regulations, and Company policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
  • Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to manage player relations effectively
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary gaming licenses and certifications as required by regulatory authorities and the Company
  • Proficiency in mathematical calculations and financial transaction verification
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure gaming environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience as a casino floor supervisor or in a supervisory capacity within the gaming industry
  • Proficiency with gaming management systems and player tracking software
  • Experience in staff supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development
  • Knowledge of gaming equipment inspection and integrity verification procedures
  • Certification in responsible gaming practices or gaming compliance
