Responsibilities

  • Drive improved results through staff development and training programs.
  • Provide visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
  • Ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes.
  • Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations.
  • Present oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all rules, regulations, procedures, and payouts of all games. Provide feedback as appropriate to Table Games Dealers regarding opportunities for skill development and professional advancement.
  • Supervise, coach, instruct and direct Table Games Dealers in proper procedures of all aspects of table games operations.
  • Handle player service issues as needed.
  • Protect the integrity of all table games.
  • Administer disciplinary or corrective action, and monitor post-disciplinary performance of team members.
  • Track patrons’ play.
  • Develop, implement, and present departmental training programs from time to time as assigned, including but not limited to, organizing and conducting instructional classes designed to develop professional dealing skills.
  • Recommend, schedule, and conduct training activities.
  • Protect and preserve the assets of the company.
  • Provide for the safety of team members including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter, and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Meet property and department appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
