Job description

Execute training development using ADDIE/SAM methodologies
Create modern, engaging, and accessible digital and in-person learning experiences
Deliver face-to-face instruction, virtual instructor-led training, scenario-based exercises, and self-paced learning
Produce voiceovers, videography, animation-driven learning methods, videos, infographics, illustrations, motion graphics, and audio
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, engineering, and product teams
Translate complex technical information into accessible learning content for diverse adult learners
Develop customer-facing enablement assets, user guides, and performance support materials
Apply Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards
Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile or iterative methodologies
Integrate emerging technologies such as AI tools, gamification, simulations, and AR/VR
Perform quality assurance reviews, content updates, and continuous improvement
Test and troubleshoot eLearning content for SCORM/xAPI compliance and Cornerstone LMS compatibility
Support learning outcomes contributing to Warfighter readiness

Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance required (interim OK)
  • US Citizenship required
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, multimedia curriculum development, or digital content production for adult learners
  • Expert proficiency with Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline, Rise, and Presenter
  • Subject matter expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Blender, PowerPoint, and Word, including use of design standards, master slides, and styles
  • Experience in video and audio production, animations, motion graphics, graphic design, data visualization, and branding
  • Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration
  • Comfortable with written communication and documentation
  • Experience exploring AI for productivity and efficiency gains
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
