You might analyze user data to assess the effectiveness of current gamification strategies, brainstorm improvements, and prototype new features. Regular meetings to gather feedback and align gamification approaches with broader project goals are common. It's a dynamic role that balances creative ideation with hands-on testing, making each day varied and engaging.
