Job Description:
ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Manager will assist the Sr. Director of Sales Operations in managing and executing sales operations for Greenix's three sales channels: Direct-to-Home (D2H), Inside Sales, Field Solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, be well-organized, be an excellent communicator and possess an extreme ownership mentality, and have experience in direct sales. They must also be proficient with Microsoft Excel. The Sales Operations Manager will be a key player in growing the Sales Operations department.
This is an exempt position, being paid $85,000 - $100,000 per year.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage intradepartmental initiatives related to summer housing, events, incentives, gamification, and recruiting.
  • Collaborate with internal department sales managers and leaders to optimize sales operations efficiency.
  • Communicate with sales leadership to improve overall employee experience and retention.
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Oversee accurate and up-to-date CRM and database management
  • Manage a growing team of 5+ Sales Ops coordinators and specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant operations experience; Preferred: Additional D2H sales/leadership experience.
  • Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
  • Ability to prepare reports and use appropriate modes of communication-must be proficient at analyzing data, building reports, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
