Community is particularly important at DreamForge because we are a platform that encourages people to share the games they create. We are seeking a highly autonomous, creative, and metric-driven Head of Community & Growth to own our social media presence and cultivate community. You will lead the voice of DreamForge in public communities, help drive user acquisition and activation during launch, and build long-term engagement engines around our product. You will be responsible for planning and executing launch campaigns, managing social platforms, and forging relationships with creators and power users.
Responsibilities
  • Create DreamForge games and play them frequently so you know the platform better than anyone!
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to support launch goals and long-term engagement
  • Manage DreamForge social accounts, including:
    • Discord
    • Reddit (brand subreddit + relevant gaming/AI communities)
    • Twitter / X
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
    • Other forums (e.g., Product Hunt, Discord groups, gaming communities)
  • Draft and publish compelling content, announcements, and community updates
  • Capture, edit, and share videos showcasing the DreamForge creation process and gameplay
  • Respond to user feedback, moderate discussions, and escalate issues internally
  • Identify, recruit, and support early advocates, moderators, and influencers
  • Track and analyze growth and engagement metrics; iterate on tactics
  • Manage reviews across the different platforms
  • Partner closely with the Product team to align messaging and campaigns
  • Lead events and contests where appropriate
