Positional Overview
We are seeking a visionary Solutions Architect to guide and support the organization’s transition from traditional engineering to GenAI-enabled engineering, defining architecture patterns and practices that embed AI capabilities into the developer lifecycle and tooling ecosystem.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
  • Provides architecture guidance for:
    • Engineering workflow evolution, enabling the shift to GenAI-assisted development, including code generation, AI copilots, and intelligent automation patterns
    • Pipeline design and optimization, including CI/CD and GenAI-enabled pipelines with integrated security scanning, compliance checks, and quality controls
    • Toolchain architecture and optimization, ensuring a standardized, integrated, and efficient tooling ecosystem for the engineering workforce
    • API and integration patterns, enabling consistent, scalable interaction between applications, services, and AI capabilities
    • Multi-platform runtime architecture, including cloud (Azure), co-location, and mainframe integration patterns, ensuring seamless developer experience across heterogeneous environments
  • Guides engineering teams in adopting modern development platforms, including SDKs, APIs, and automation tooling, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
  • Partners with engineering teams throughout the SDLC—from design through production, providing design oversight, guiding implementation decisions, and ensuring effective adoption of tools, pipelines, and development practices.
  • Collaborates closely with EA, platform engineering, and security teams to ensure consistent adoption of enterprise tooling and engineering patterns, while continuously optimizing the developer experience based on feedback and evolving capabilities.
  • Enterprise Architecture Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure all solutions adhere to architectural standards, reference models, and technology roadmaps.
  • Technology Evaluation: Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept projects for emerging data technologies (e.g., real-time analytics, data mesh, AI/ML platforms).
  • Technical Documentation: Produce deliverables such as architecture diagrams, data flow maps, security models, and technical documentation for solution handoff and operational support.
  • Agile/DevOps Leadership: Guide Agile/DevOps teams in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code for data solutions.
Education And Experience Required:
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in solution architecture or technical implementation, with 2+ years in GenAI-assisted development.
  • Proficient in system design, integration, and implementation across multiple technology domains.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
