Come join Stelliform Studio Immersive experiences at the Spirit of Halloweentown Festival this Fall as a game master & help launch our premiere horror escape game booth. you’ll be working as event staff for a pop up escape game inside the festival grounds with Acess to stage shows, vendors, other attractions & endless spooky fun in your free time. I’m looking for Escape room Game Masters with previous experience to run our pop up mini escape games.


The Escape Room Game Master plays a crucial role in delivering an engaging and immersive experience to players by facilitating games across multiple rooms within our facility. This role requires managing game flow, ensuring player safety, and setting up game equipment while developing a standard operating procedure & to interacting directly with customers.


These are Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30am to 9:30pm during the Spirit of Halloweentown festival.

These are 11 hour long days with a total of 11 operations days & 1-3 setup days beforehand for a total of approximately 132 available working hours or to $2,420 If working all event days & up to $3000 including some setup & strike days. Applicants do NOT need to be available for all hours to be considered though full availability would be preferable, I understand these are long weekend days & expect partial availability from applicants. I am hoping to hire 3-4 game masters rotating total to fill a total of two positions. These are two Mini, pop-up escape game experiences running simultaneously. Staff will include two game masters, a host/front of house staff position, & myself (the attraction owner).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate escape room games, guiding players through the experience
  • Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor safety and enforce game rules throughout the session
  • Set up and reset multiple game rooms efficiently between sessions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot puzzles and game equipment
  • Manage game timing and communicate progress to players
  • Brief players on game procedures and expectations prior to start

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Escape Room Game Master
