Job description

Turning Steel Structures into Game-Changing Spaces
You're the person who remembers the detail everyone else forgot.
You thrive on organization, communication, and follow-through. You enjoy bringing order to moving pieces, keeping projects on schedule, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If checking things off a list is genuinely satisfying, you'll probably feel right at home here.
ROXBOX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager by owning the administrative side of our custom modular construction projects. Rather than managing budgets or directing construction activities, you'll keep documentation organized, communication flowing, and projects moving efficiently from kickoff through completion.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, permits, inspections, and project records
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and outstanding action items to help keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, and vendor records
  • Schedule inspections, deliveries, and project-related activities
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation remains current and accurate
  • Support continuous improvement by helping refine project tracking systems and administrative processes

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Naturally proactive-you follow through without being reminded
  • Process-oriented and dependable with a knack for keeping others organized
  • Professional, patient, and service-minded when working with clients, vendors, and teammates

Experience & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of project coordination, construction administration, administrative support, or related experience
  • Construction, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, or related industry experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating documentation, schedules, contracts, or project records is a plus

Compensation & Details:
  • Target compensation range: $50,000-$65,000 DOE
  • Full-time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and additional benefits
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Location: In-office Houston, TX (77041)
  • Reports directly to the Project Manager

Why ROXBOX:
  • Work on unique modular construction projects across the country
  • Join a growing company where organization and follow-through make a real impact
  • Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams
  • Leadership that values accountability, continuous improvement, and smart problem-solving
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with the company

How to Apply:
  • Submit your resume and brief cover letter.
    • In your cover letter, please briefly address the following:
      • Describe a situation where your organization or follow-through prevented a project issue from becoming a larger problem.
      • What systems, tools, or habits do you use to stay organized when managing multiple priorities?
      • What type of manager brings out your best work?
  • Complete our 5-minute Culture Index survey: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/RtuJhEufF44n It's not a test-just a way for us to better understand how you work.
