Position Overview
As a Program Manager within the Player Success Organization (PSO), you will provide direction and leadership in the planning, implementation, and post-launch support of programs and initiatives that enhance player engagement and retention. You will collaborate across PSO studio leadership and central teams to ensure efficient, high-quality planning for new products and enhancements. This role requires strong project management fundamentals and the ability to drive initiatives through their complete lifecycle while managing cross-functional dependencies.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
  • Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, working primarily with USA-based partners.
  • Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning, development, testing, and release).
  • Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership.
  • Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within resource constraints.
  • Provide cross-team support for Sweepstakes and special initiatives.
  • Take existing, externally-owned systems and ensure PSO needs are clearly integrated and requirements are met.
  • Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical, business, and product teams.
  • Lead post-program reporting and documentation refinement to establish scalable processes.
  • Monitor task execution to ensure timely delivery of PSO initiatives and programs.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

What We Offer You
The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,700 and $89,860 per year.
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $61,700 and $91,340 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company's discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
