Our client has long been the premier diving contractor in the United States for all pipeline inspection, repair, and construction. Today, the company has grown and employs the personnel and management to act as your general contractor or turnkey design build firm for all pipeline and general civil construction and repair.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead the team and clients through various projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will provide strong organizational skills, proactive leadership, and a strategic approach to manage workflows, resources, and communication across projects. There is very strong leadership potential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and project success.
