  • Répondre aux questions ou aux préoccupations en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle, en veillant à ce que les RH soient accessibles et en promouvant une culture organisationnelle positive.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques de RH, en veillant au respect des normes de travail et de la législation.
  • Participer à la coordination du processus de recrutement et d’embauche en collaboration avec les directeurs de département et les superviseurs, notamment en ce qui concerne l’affichage des postes, la présélection des candidats, la planification des entrevues et les activités de sélection.
  • Coordonner toutes les étapes des cycles de recrutement, d'intégration et de désintégration, en veillant à ce que toute la documentation et toutes les étapes soient menées à bien de manière efficace.
  • Réaliser et documenter toutes les étapes du programme de gestion des performances, du programme d'apprentissage et de développement, des plans d'amélioration des performances et d'autres sujets connexes. 
  • Réaliser des études de marché et mettre en œuvre des modifications de la rémunération, tout en garantissant la confidentialité et en veillant à ce que toutes les mises à jour nécessaires soient documentées, communiquées et appliquées. 
  • Administrer le programme d'avantages sociaux en aidant les employés à s'inscrire ou à apporter des modifications, en tenant à jour les informations et les ressources relatives au régime d'avantages sociaux et en supervisant les relations avec les fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les programmes d'avantages sociaux et surveiller les niveaux de satisfaction des employés afin de les améliorer. 
  • Assister le service de la paie en fournissant, de façon précise et en temps opportun, les renseignements nécessaires au traitement de la paie, notamment les embauches, les départs, les modifications salariales et toute autre mise à jour pertinente relative aux employés.
  • Assurer la maintenance du SIRH de l'entreprise et d'autres outils numériques liés aux ressources humaines. 
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances en matière de ressources humaines et de l'industrie, ainsi que des exigences légales, afin d'assurer la conformité réglementaire et d'identifier les possibilités d'amélioration.


Exigences


  • Licence en gestion des ressources humaines ou équivalent. 
  • Le titre de CPHR est considéré comme un atout. 
  • 2 ans d'expérience démontrée en ressources humaines dans la coordination de diverses fonctions. 
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en Anglais et en Français (écrite et orale).
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarité avec les outils spécialisés de SIRH ou d'ATS (notamment BambooHR). 
  • Le candidat doit faire preuve d'organisation, de confidentialité, de discernement et de compétences interpersonnelles.

Responsibilities (Responsibilities include but are not limited to)

  • Address questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a feeling of accessibility of HR and promoting a positive organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour standards and legislation.
  • Assist with and coordinate the recruitment and hiring process in collaboration with department heads and supervisors, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection activities.
  • Coordinate all steps within the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding cycles, ensuring all documentation and steps are efficiently completed.
  • Carry out and document all steps within the performance management program, learning and development program, performance improvement plans, and other related topics. 
  • Conduct market research and rollout changes to compensation, while ensuring confidentiality and that all required updates are documented, communicated, and applied. 
  • Administer benefits program by assisting employees with enrollment or changes, maintaining benefits plan information and resources, and overseeing relationships with providers.
  • Maintain perks and benefits programs and monitor employee satisfaction levels for improvement. 
  • Assist the Payroll Department by providing accurate and timely employee information required for payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and other relevant employment updates.
  • Maintain the company’s HRIS and other HR-related digital tools. 
  • Maintain knowledge of HR and industry trends as well as legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar. 
  • CPHR designation is considered an asset. 
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources coordinating various functions. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity working with specialized HRIS or ATS tools (notably BambooHR). 
  • The candidate must demonstrate organizational, confidentiality, good judgment, and interpersonal skills.
