Job Description

Manage a team of Media Operators that perform these duties: 

12 hour shift requiring handling of vaulted media, monitoring scratch pools, monitoring automated alerts and responding in a timely fashion, understanding ticketing process to track projects/incidents, flexibility to work beyond 12 hour shift if required to do so.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.

- 5 years experience with handling vaulted media

- Possess working knowledge of incident and problem management

- Must be able to work 12 hour shift work as needed.
