As an Arcade Technician at FatCats, you'll keep our arcade games in top shape, creating a fantasticexperience for our guests. You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing game issues, performing routinemaintenance, and handling game repairs. If you're a tech-savvy problem-solver who loves hands-onwork in a lively atmosphere, this role is perfect for you!

A Day in the Life of an Arcade Technician

On a typical day, you'll maintain and clean arcade games, monitor their performance, and make anynecessary repairs. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, assist guests when they run into problems orneed help picking out a prize from our redemption area, and update the Attractions Manager aboutwhere things are at with each game. You'll also support other tech projects, and help with the arcade'soverall upkeep, ensuring every game is ready for fun.

The Schedule

We're busiest when others are having fun, so we need people who can work nights, weekends, andholidays. We will always do what we can to work with your schedule.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

One year of technical computer experience or relevant training

Can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues

Work well with others and communicate clearly

Be proactive and think ahead to see what needs to be done
