Essential Duties & Responsibilities:This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated entry-level tech enthusiast to step into a growing career. If you've built a PC, worked in tech support, or have experience in a theater or entertainment setting, this position is for you. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with our HQ team and showcase your skills while advancing your career.Tech Support: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of various technical systems, including check-in computers, waiver tablets, POS systems, video and audio systems, lighting, Mission game rooms (such as the laser maze), Game Bays, Bomb Rooms (including the photo bomb system), server room, and overall network operations. Customer Experience: Support the guest experience by managing and addressing technical issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and immersive experience for our guests. When not addressing tech issues, perform guest-facing duties as a Game Runner.Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning computers, checking cable connections, and testing games.
