Job description

  • Provide professional, attentive service to guests, acknowledging, greeting, and engaging with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
  • Verify and substantiate table transactions, providing signatory validations as required.
  • Inform supervisors of game progress, disputes, issues, suspicious activity, and substantial play.
  • Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games and all associated assets, including currency, chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
  • Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and established business processes.
  • Promote and maintain open, clear, and effective two-way communication with all related departments and supervisory staff.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Interact with team members and other departments in a professional, positive manner to foster strong rapport, teamwork, and effective cross-department communication.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and ensure dealers are properly briefed.
  • Issue complimentaries in accordance with company internal controls.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
