Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage kitchen and bath new construction and renovation projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project from initial planning to final walk-through, ensuring high-quality work, efficient scheduling, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review construction plans with sales prior to client quotes being submitted.

  • Collaborate with sales to provide product specifications and installation manuals or instructions.

  • Verify purchase order receiving for accuracy, defective or concealed damage, and back orders.

  • Serve as the main point of contact with homebuilders, sub-contractors, and interior designers. Provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.

  • Manage internal project timelines to keep jobs on track. Provide project updates to sales and purchasing departments to maintain just-in-time inventory.

  • Coordinate product deliveries and pick-ups.

  • Site Supervisions: Conduct site visits to ensure proper roughs and installation of plumbing, tilework, lighting and fans, and wellness products.

  • Address site issues such as layout conflicts, unforeseen conditions, or material delays.

  • Punch list inspection/walk through with contractors and/or designers.

  • Customer tutorials on purchased items including technology, wellness and smart home products.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing plumbing, tile, or kitchen/bath new construction or renovation projects.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems and tile installation methods.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

  • Must have a clean and safe driving record.

Preferred:

  • Background as a plumber, tile setter, or contractor is a plus.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for working with diverse teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift/carry/push/pull heavy material or equipment (up to 75 lbs.).

  • This position will require working both inside and outside in hot, cold, rainy, and snowy conditions.

  • Ability to climb stairs, descend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel.

  • Climb up and down a ladder.

  • Safety training, sales training, and proper etiquette coaching.
