Job description

"This job is a civilian position and does not require military service"

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Employees are expected to follow USAFA, Mountain West Conference, AFAAC, and NCAA Policies and Procedures policies and demonstrate professional conduct.
  • Assist with counter and phone sales for all ticketed athletic events using Paciolan software.
  • Assist with ticket related functions for all home football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, hockey games, and special events including sales, will call, player guest, recruit, and VIP ticket distribution.
  • Perform event reconciliation as needed.
  • Consistently conduct business in a professional manner, including dress and manner of speaking/writing when dealing with fans, donors, alumni, and students.
  • other duties as assigned.
  • Potential opportunity for in-office hours pending availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit of Degree preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background investigation.
  • Subject to random drug testing.
