Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Health IT Data Analyst I to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs substantive data analysis, validation, profiling, transformation, visualization, and analytical-support activities using authorized Government data sources and Government-managed environments, developing analytical products that support Health IT operations, modernization, performance monitoring, decision support, system implementation, and data quality.


Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government

Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Employment Type: Full-Time

Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award


Eligibility Requirement: This position supports a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) to be eligible. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with data analysis, querying, validation, reporting, or related analytical functions
  • Proficiency with data-analysis and visualization technologies such as SQL, spreadsheets, business-intelligence tools, or comparable platforms
  • Knowledge of data quality, data validation, analytical methods, and data-documentation practices
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear reports and actionable information
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, query, transform, analyze, and validate data from Government-approved data sources
  • Conduct data profiling, data-quality analysis, reconciliation, validation, and anomaly identification
  • Develop analytical datasets, queries, calculations, visualizations, reports, and other required analytical work products
  • Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses addressing Health IT, operational, clinical, program, performance, and management requirements
  • Identify data-quality issues, investigate root causes, document findings, and develop corrective or remediation options
  • Develop and maintain data definitions, analytical documentation, data dictionaries, calculation methodologies, query documentation, and related artifacts
  • Perform data validation of reports, dashboards, analytical products, and data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission or release
  • Analyze trends, patterns, variances, and performance measures and communicate findings through clear analytical products
  • Coordinate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Reporting Analysts, Business Analysts, and other applicable personnel to support data and analytics requirements
  • Support validation of reports, dashboards, analytical products, and data outputs before release or use
  • Perform authorized configuration, testing, or implementation activities within Government-managed internal platforms when required by assigned work

  • Existing federal security clearance or public trust determination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse as a data source
  • Experience supporting EHR-generated data or federal health program analytics
