Role Overview 

The Data Analytics Intern will work closely with the Operations Team to support forecasting program details, mining data, and developing KPIs that drive operational effectiveness. This is a hands-on, learning-focused internship designed for a motivated student or recent graduate eager to build foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and operational support.

how you will make an impact:

  • Assist the Operations Team with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support program forecasting efforts.
  • Support the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Help maintain reporting templates and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely program data is available to team members.
  • Conduct data mining activities to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support operational decision-making.
  • Build and update reports and summaries using Excel, including PivotTables, to present program status and performance metrics.
  • Assist in identifying operational trends and flagging areas of concern or opportunity to team leads.
  • Support ad hoc data analytics projects across departments as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Treat all teammates and stakeholders with respect and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

what you bring to the team:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similar field of study. 
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts; prior coursework or project experience with analytics or reporting is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables; experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a curious, analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong ability to interact with Senior Management.

The compensation rate for this position is $19/hour which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
