What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Game Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Game Assistant, you need a solid understanding of game rules, procedures, and customer service, often supported by experience in hospitality or event coordination. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, reservation software, or event management tools is typically required. Game Assistants are also expected to document processes or bugs clearly, enabling efficient collaboration across the team.
