Role Summary
The Prepress team at Fanatics Collectibles is responsible for producing high-resolution, print-ready files for press. Within Prepress, a specialized group transforms these files into versatile assets used across multiple departments. We are seeking a Digital Production Artist to serve as the bridge between print-ready PDFs and adaptable digital assets that support marketing, sales, packaging, and broadcast needs.
In this role, you will...
โ€ข Create high-quality mockups from print-ready PDFs for use across social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, and broadcast applications
โ€ข Convert print-ready PDFs into large-format posters while maintaining industry-standard quality
โ€ข Adapt offset-print PDFs into digital-print files using Fanatics' proprietary software
โ€ข Generate digital assets from print-ready PDFs for digital card platforms at high volume
โ€ข Support miscellaneous visual mockup requests as needed
โ€ข Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
โ€ข Clearly communicate file issues and required corrections to internal teams
The ideal candidate:
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably prepress, print production.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively solve technical problems
โ€ข Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
โ€ข Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesโ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various production teams
