Job description

Our independent family medicine group in South Bend, IN, consisting of seven physicians and one PA, is seeking a BC Family Medicine physician to replace a retiring partner. We welcome candidates with or without a Sports Medicine fellowship.


Highlights

  • We are a group of 7 BC Family Medicine physicians and 1 PA that have been providing care to our patients for 26 years in South Bend, IN.
  • We work a 4 day work week.
  • Care to our patients include: newborns to geriatrics and sports medicine.
  • Services that we offer our patients include: chronic disease management, acute care, preventative care, sport medicine (prp, joint injections, imaging) and lab services.
