About the Role
The Office Administrator is the heartbeat of our Raleigh office, the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, makes new hires feel welcome, and ensures the team has everything they need to do their best work.
This role provides administrative and general office support to the fun and fast growing Grover team in Raleigh! Job duties would include but is not limited to, scheduling and planning meetings, office supply inventory, managing calendars, conference rooms, presentation support, planning office culture events, onboarding, coordinating travel for visitors and/or new hires, coordination with teams and other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide support services to the employees of the Raleigh office.

  • Own the new hire onboarding experience, including desk setup, office tours, welcome swag, and first-week coordination

  • Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies, handle shipping and mail distribution

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to office leaders

  • Manage relationship with vendors, facilities, utilities and IT

  • Lead the planning and execution of office culture events, including recurring team activities, seasonal celebrations, and company-sponsored trips

  • Coordinate, plan and facilitate staff and departmental meetings

  • Curate and maintain snack and beverage offerings, keeping the kitchen stocked and inviting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors, including greeting guests and managing building access.

  • Able to change direction as needed and perform with unanticipated interruptions or pressures.

  • Collaborative, team player; willing to jump in and do the work needing to be done.

Required Experience:
  • 2+ years experience of office support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
