Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join our UNC Football Game Day Server and become part of the action at UNC Football's premier hospitality areas. This is your chance to work behind the scenes and front and center at some of the most exciting events of the season while creating memorable experiences for Tar Heel fans, alumni, donors, and special guests.

Position Summary

As a UNC Football Game Day Server, you will be the face of our hospitality team, providing outstanding service in exclusive VIP areas. From welcoming guests and serving food and beverages to maintaining presentation standards and ensuring every guest has a "WOW" experience, you'll play a key role in making game day unforgettable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests throughout game day events
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including linens, flatware, glassware, china, displays, and service stations
  • Prepare food service areas and stock supplies as needed
  • Serve guests professionally and courteously
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Bus and clear tables efficiently throughout the event
  • Refill buffets, beverage stations, and service areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and guest areas
  • Become familiar with catering menus, dietary restrictions, and event updates
  • Perform assigned side work and cleanup duties
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills

Qualifications
