The Opportunity

  • Emergency Department experience required.
  • Opportunity to work with FM and IM residents.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.

  • Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center.
  • 419-bed facility with a 44-bed Emergency Department.
  • Diverse patient population with a daily ED volume of 260.
  • Annual volume of 92,000.
  • 24-hour CT, MRI, ultrasound.
  • ED pharmacist, social worker, and case manager.
  • Epic EHR and Vituity scribe support available.
  • Sutter Department of the Year, Healthgrades 50 Best Hospitals Award in 2024 and 2025, and ENA Lantern Award.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
