Overview

As a Client Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions. You'll work closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them navigate their risk management strategies.

In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for a group of clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met. You'll collaborate with our production team to lead renewal processes, delivering timely and high-quality solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you'll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and Gallagher's reputation for excellence.


About You
Required
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
